Please note the following guidelines for Exchanges/Refunds:

• Exchange/Refund request must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order from the form that is in the website NO ANY EXCUSES.
• Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.
• If the selected size for the exchange is not available in stock, one of our team members will contact you via WhatsApp.
• The Exchange/Refund process typically takes 3-7 days to complete.
• Please be aware that 100 LE fees will need to be paid for the Exchange/Refund.
• Once you submit your Exchange/Refund request, We will receive it and fullfill your order, the courier will collect your item and provide you with new item you have request.
